Refunds & Returns Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus bank or credit card fees.) We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving the package from the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please email us at: email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. If there is a problem with the product or it is incorrect Offroad Animal will cover the cost of return.
We recommend that you return the product via Courier and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Offroad Animal will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

If returning an item that has no defects we will charge a fee to bring that product back to new (be it replacing packaging, re-powder coating, etc)
