Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations. Residential shipping address will incur extra charges for large items like bull bars.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
Please note calculated shipping price at checkout is for Metro Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Hobart. If you are out of these areas either contact us for freight quote or we will call you prior to shipping for the extra charge.

While we can ship to residential properties it takes longer and is more expensive for large items like bull bars. If you don't have a commerical address to ship to we can ship to a nearby depot
We offer Route Package Protection (delivery insurance)
Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout.
If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.
You can also file a shipping issue here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.
